All of the tools we make meet rigorous quality standards, and are made entirely in the USA. The tools we manufacture are all fully guaranteed in normal use. Should you for any reason be unhappy about anything to do with our tools, we will work diligently to remedy any and all discrepancies.
We also accept returns on unused stock size tools for up to 2 years after the shipping date for credit ( less a small re-stocking fee). Full credit is usually allowed if replacement tools are ordered at time of return.
